I wonder if any one can tell me something of these rifles ?? Im not fimilar with Tikka's and i belive this model is of an older type ??

How would you rate them ?? I know the current range of Tikka's get plenty of praise.

Im considering a second hand example of a M658 what kind fo age is it likely to be ?? When did they stop making this model ??

Many thanks

That Tikka's model is older model. M658 was made at the beginning of 90's (around '89-'95 ?) Model M690 introduced in 1994, and after that, production of M658 discontinued.

M658 was the first Tikka made by Sako.

I would rate model M658 higher than M690, M695 or the new T3. Here in Finland old (pre Sako) Tikkas, M55 and M65, are rated even higher.
