I just thought I'd let you know that I should be getting a batch of salmon in at the end of this week, to be cold smoked, (although I might try a couple of bits in the hot smoker too).

If you are going to be smoking fish too do you want me to take some pictures and mail them or post the on the site showing the process?

Alternatively if you are in the area you can swing by and get your hands dirty.
