Does anyone know whether Norma URP powder is being sold as a reloading component, especially whether it's being sold outside Sweden?

On Norma's website there seems to be a news story in the Swedish language section my guess is new reloading data is available with URP powder. However I cannot get to the reloading section. At least it doesn't want to open on my computer. http://www.norma.cc/sida/nyheter/nyheterhoger.asp?ID=65

Urp should be available from your Norma representative.

The urp data for 6,5x55, 7x57R, 7x64, 30-06, 338 Win Mag och 9,3x74R is listed in English, peruse the data for each caliber in the reloading section.
