Got a box of these and loaded up a batch in .222 Rem., very accurate and no exits on bobcats. Looks to be a good fur bullet

will have to order 500 or so of those to play with! I like that 36 grain too... some high velocity potential! even in a 223...

As accurate as the 50 gr. Sierra Blitz bullets I've used for 25 years.

I've done minimal load development with these, no time during the fur season. I was more interested in performance on my fur animals than anything else.

It’s funny that they would be developed from military technology since the military uses full metal jackets.

I would like to try some. Is there any reloading data for the 36gr bullet?

Nah, they've been playing with "green" bullets for a while because of environmental concerns and the non-richocet issue for safety reasons.

If you hit something solid these bullets pretty much evaporate.

An interesting side note is that Federal made lead free 22 rimfire ammo for a few years, they currently are not.

Hopefully we'll see more of it given the nature of regulation nowadays.

It'd be nice to see 17 Mach2 and 17 HMR ammo available with lead free projectiles.

Hopefully they will make them in 50 gr too.
