I have a 6.5x55 and I was wanting to try it on cyotes. Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with this caliber on varmits. I was wondering what would be the best cyote load.

Just about any pointed expanding bullet will do fine once the caliber gets that big.

Hornady makes a 95 gr VMax for the 6.5. Check your twist in your 6.5-55 and ask here if others had any luck with that bullet and the same twist as you have.

depends on what you are wanting. if you are wanting to save the pelt. I would think a tough hunting bullet, would do the trick maybe an accubond or interbond, so you don't blow up the dog especially when using a bigger bore. If you want to blow the dog inhalf use a varmit type bullet
