I bought a used Loudmouth some time back. Looking for instructions for the unit and I can't find any current reference to the Loudmouth. Roger Kehr Kehr Engraving Company (360)456-0831

.......and yes, they are out of business. I still have one bouncing around here. They work very well. I am using a FOXPRO now though along with my hand calls. Thanks for the instructions, Cajun. Very helpful. What happens when the batteries crap out. Are there any aftermarket rechargables that will work? Bob, do you prefer the FoxPro? Roger Kehr Kehr Engraving Company (360)456-0831

roger, i owned a LM e-caller when they first came out. very good unit that i enjoyed hunting over. i never had any problems with my caller and used it regularly for 2 seasons. i shot alot of fur with the LM; however when the company folded, i decided to sell my LM to someone who wanted it more. Regarding the LM battery, you may have to do an i-net search for stores which sell rechargeable batteries. If you look around I'm sure you can find a new battery replacement somewhere on the net. i purchased a FP FX3 last year and it too is a very good unit. FP has excellent customer service and appear to be solid. Like Bob, I also use my hand calls in certain conditions. I probably use hand calls 50% of the time, and primarily use the FP when night hunting. cb <*)))>{

I am using a Foxpro now, but still have a LM and ran across a thread about availability of batteries. I have not checked this out but the following is supposed to be the battery you would need (Check your specs first to be sure): Battery Regards, hm 2 Chronicles 7:14: If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Battery warehouse or Battery one should have them. Any of the batttery chains should be able to get one for you, if they do not have one on the shelf. I use a Fox-pro FX-3 right now. This is a great caller for making sounds that I can not. Some bird sounds and guinea pigs are a bit tough. I use mostly at it mostly at night when hunting alone. If you do not have a battery store in your area, send me the numbers and maybe a photo. I will see if I can get you one. I have both Battery one and a Battery Warehouse in my area. A friend's father is the manager at battery One. I was all fired up to buy a L/M. At the time I had a Lohman tape player and was getting on to my hand calls. I waited to see if the company would take off and watched to see if any bugs needed worked out. I never heard a bad thing about them, to bad they did not make it. Seemed like one day they were there and the next they were gone. Seems the two hottest on the market are the Fox-pro and the Minaska.
