Just bought a foxpro call. I'm trying to get coyotes to come into it. How long do I call for, and how long should I mute? Or just let it run continuous?

I also have a rabbit decoy.

Thanks

Ben

I have the best success by running the caller intermittently - a couple of minutes on, a couple off. Don't start out at a high volume either; unless you can see a "long ways" in all directions. If you are calling in heavy cover, start with a lower volume. If nothing responds after 10 minutes, work your way up with the volume to get it out there a little farther. Remember, rabbits in distress are loud, but not "blow your ears out" loud!

My .25-06 shoots 1/4" all day long.....
