i have a leupold 4x-12x-40mm vx2 on my 22-250 that i use for coyote hunting and was thinking about putting dots in it at 200,300,400,and maybe 500yds..i'm not very consistent at holding over in the 300+yds. range. does anybody have any ideas on how i can connect on those long range dogs? has anybody had a scope done at premier retiles and do you like the added dots?

kcfx Premier does excellent work. They have done mil-dot reticles for me, they even put a mil-dot reticle in my Leupold spotting scope. Give them a call they can fix you up. It would help if you go ahead and shoot your rifle out to 500 yards so you can give them the actual trajectory info on THE LOAD you plan to use.
