The v-max has the thinest jacket. They should give the most mist if they are going at the same speed.

My buddy and I have justed useing the 50gr. Barnes Varminators. I think they shoot as well as eveything else we have tried. They do make a mess of woodchucks. I have used the other bullets and I don't see much difference but I am shooting a 22-250. I think you will be pleased with the Barnes.
