I shoot a Ruger .204 with a Timney trigger when I hunt Prairie Dogs with great success.

Question:
How long can I shoot it hot before I would burn the barrel out? And can I use a can of compressed air to cool it down, since it heated up fast does it hurt to cool it down fast? There are so many Prairie Dogs here I hate to quit shooting.

Choices:

JB,

Or perhaps you care to refine?

Right now it's just Hot Air.

It looks like a is beating a by a slim margin, 2 to 1. I think this one is going to come down to the wire. Your vote will count. rotflmo
