I had me an old big block Dodge muscle car when I was a kid... I probably could have done it...

Hope Sur5er has a fast car!

sure is a lot more fun that deer hunting or elk hunting...

I've seen a few of these animal rights activists actually try to get these sage rats to come up by bribing them with food, with a desire to pick them up and pet them... homer

I just wish they could be more successful at it and then let these disease carrying rodents infect them... then we can see how much that they like them and think they are cute...

Howdy seafire.
I got a buddy who's families ranch owns and leases over 30 sections of Eastern Montana, p-dogs everywhere, a real curse to em.
When the bunny-huggers were throwing fits about killing p-dogs he use to say how much he'd like to relocate about a thousand of the mound digging, plant destroying plague infested buggers to each and every one of em's back yard for them to enjoy. Big Grin
Sounded good to me.

John, would you mind telling us what you mean by this? Confused
As a younger less mature individual I only killed more than 5 PDs at a set one time; shot 37 missed two. (Mirage). Could have shot PDs, Jack Rabbits, Magpies ,crows and various rodents less than 100 yards from where I lived. Deer hunting , however took about a 1/2 Hour drive but yielded a lot more eatable meat as did pheasant, goose , cotton tail and an occasional chucker. Roll Eyes

Perhaps I'd rather have a tasty dinner plate than a couple ataboys.JMPO. beerroger

Well Roger,

we all enjoy something and that can vary per person...

I love deer hunting and elk hunting, but the meat isn't exactly my first choice in taste...
never has been...

I don't need any "attaboys" from others when shooting sage rats... I just enjoy exploding the little pests, as morbid as that may sound...

at first I was guilty about it and how easy it was to cause such carnage... however the second I saw that they are cannabals, and had a few eating the remains of one of their buddies I just exploded.... well I got hooked and have been that way ever since...

I guess of regular animal hunting, the hunting is more the fun than the kill... the kill is usually pretty anticlimactic...especially when one gets the old bang flop...

I think my son getting his first deer, will excite me much more than any of the ones I have taken in the last 10 to 15 years have...

may not make sense, but there it is explained...

Doug,

that has been my personal philosophy on cougars and liberals for about the last 10 to 12 years...

capture themm, turn them lose in down town Portland, Salem and Eugene...

see how harmless the liberals think they are then....
