gumboot458......Range approx 35 yrds ......Rifle Custom CZ550 in 416 Rem mag ....Scope 1.5-6x40 Edot Burris Sig. Select .....I was sitting at my kitchen table talking to my gunsmith on the phone when this coyote comes walking along the edge of the field .........I told Mark to hang on I had to shoot a coyote ,, He said WHAT , I said ,hang on ...I had the rifle leaning against the door frame trim .....I got up and chambered a round , then opened the inner door , , the varmit was still there so I turned on the e dot and thot ,,, when I open the screen door it will bolt ...It didn,t ,so up came the rifle and kaboom ......I have never seen an animal die any faster .......The load was a 350 gr. moly coated Speer bullet over 75 gr AAC 2015BR lit by a fed 215 primer ...It,s just a blastin load so I haven,t chronographed it but it should be doin around 2600 fps ....Imidately after the shot I grabbed the phone and said , Did you hear that ?.he said, what was that , I got him ,I said ,,, Gotta go skin a coyote ....Latter ....That is the truth by the way .........

gumboot458...I should have resized that

Dr. LouNo need to resize. Provides more impact (pun intended) when viewed at that size. It looks like one I shot a few years ago at 100 yards with a 358 Win and a 225 Sierra. Not much damage on the entry side but no neck left on the exit side - just about decapitated it. Lou
