That's a great pix as a banner.
When I was a kid groundhog hunting with my Dad in the late 1940's and early 50's, I would see couples like that hunting Chucks..
Memories...

I share you guys comments on the picture.

Is there a story connected to it? The girl is cuter than a spotted pup. The old man reminds me of my Grandfather.

Sure would like to hear the story on the guns also. They look to be vintage 40's and 50's to me. Would like to hear what caliber the guns were and the type scope.

The man's rifle has a comb, also- maybe someone can ID the scopes.

His rifle appears (to my less than reliable eye) a Model 70; scope blocks on ring and barrel, maybe an aperture sight on the rear.
