Suppose I should have a case remover but don't. sent it back to Hornady. Could not understand why the first case stuck, especially when taking such care. You know there are times when you get going and maybe forget to give your cases a shot of lube, but this case was prepared perfectly???? Smoker

slygunner, after I answered your post I realized how dumb it was that I didn't have a case remover, so I went right to Cabelas and ordered one. It happens so seldom that after the cursing, with stuck case in hand, the intent on buying a tool is forgotten . Anyway, thanks for the jolt.

VG, No I'm not missing any 223 brass but in the course of working the 204 brass I found one of them in my brass also! They were all packed in one box and I just counted out 200 and sent to you.....sorry about the 223 being in there! I did find one peice of .204 that was "unusable" in my lot!!! I'll try to take a pic of it and send it to you! I still wonder if this brass wasn't from some testing place or rifle manufacturer! This particular peice of brass was either severely overloaded or was fired in a chamber that must have been cut using hand tools from WallyWorld!!! GHD

Smoker,
Why and where are you sending it? Don't you have a stuck case remover?
It happens to all of us at one point or another.
Good Luck,

Remington emailed me and said that they probably would be selling it in the middle of 2005. I did make a purchase from ebay for some brass, I payed about $70 for 200 cases. I'm very impatient so it was worth it to me not to have to wait till the middle of next year, and thats if they catch up on production of factory ammo. I now have enough brass to not have to worry about it for awhile.
Happy Hunting,
slygunner
