unless you are using a 1-9" or faster twist barrel, I would forget about using 69gr bullets. Most rifles chambered for 22-250 are 1-12 or 1-14" twist.

Rem. 222

Rem222 is correct, but...I've got a .22-250 with a rechambered .223 barrel, 1-12 twist. It likes the Nosler HP match bullet and does well with 35-36grs of H-380. Be careful and work up to this load.

1234, You need a 9 or 10 twist for that bullet, If you do, Sierra's accuracy load is 36.2grs. IMR4350, but that powder measures like crap through a powder measure, but you could try working up a load with H414, starting at 34grs up to 36.8 and see how that works out, unless your powder measure meters 4350 well, mine don't.
