Does a Nightforce 12-42X scope have a potential role in prairie dog hunting ?

yes it sure can no doubt at all,the better you can see the better you''ll shoot,i own one a bench rest 8x32x56, their fantastic,weight mite become a factor and it mite not,sometimes you''ll be forced to turn the power down cause of heat waves but 12 power will do you fine,their so gin-clear i giggle when i use mine,regards jjmp

In regards to the heatwaves. When you turn your 6.5-20 luepy down to 10-12x your turning your nightforce down to 30x. Best money I ever spent and it took a long time to get it out of me.
