I've had good luck with mouth blown calls and wanted to try an electronic so shots would be easier for me. I bought a Cabella's cassette caller 2 years ago and haven't called a single critter in with it yet. I know there are yotes in the area, because I call them with the mouth calls. I tried a variety of tapes and a different speaker. Still no luck. I'm considering one of the digital callers. Are these noticably better than the casettes? Is one brand any better than the next? Thanks,

Mike, There's something else to consider. Coyotes hear well above the range of human hearing and some of those higher frequencies my be coming from the CD that isn't present on the tapes. I have no experience to back this one up but have heard several other predator hunters make a guess to this too. I DO know that predators seem to like very high pitched squeaks. I use them often when they're close and always get immediate reactions. $bob$
