Hornetfan that .20 Duster ought to be a dandy, Dan C. sure speaks highly of his.
As to barrels I'm very pleased with the 3 groove Pac-Nor Super Match 1 in 12 I've got hung on my Tact.20, it's about the easiest cleaning barrel I've ever seen. I went the same route on the .17 Ackley.
Thanks for the load data, I picked up a batch of N120 and AA1680 in preparation for the new arrival should be a great place to start.
I did have one question however, what on earth was that will power thing you were talking about?
I'm not familar with that one but my wife keeps saying saying I need some so maybe I oughta look into it. Probably better wait a while though cause I just ordered two rifles and I don't want to rush into anything else, a guy don't wanna get carried away you know.

Small Caliber News had a article on the new Dakota Arms Predator, lots of truly wonderful cartridges no one ever head of before. Any one interested in an array of Sub-.22 caliber Wildcats or even the old standbyes in a newly designed rifle based on a Nesika action and built in conjunction with Dakota Arms and Miller Arms oughta check these out!
I couldn't stand the stress, I just called Dakota to ask about the new offering and 10 minutes later I was number 171 on the new production order .
I called the owner of the gun shop I frequent about using his FFL to get the rifle, he talked to me a few minutes then when we hung up he called Dakota and ordered enough rifles to be a stocking dealer. Any one in or near Montana (or anywhere else for that matter) interested in one of these P.M. me and I'll set ya on to this guy. Great place to do business, beautiful shop.
Now that infernal wait!!! Is it March yet???

Read the article too. Looks like a nice rifle/cartridge for the reloader. All of Dakota's products are nice, but not inexpensive. Didn't see a price mentioned anywhere. What can you get into one for?

I WANT ONE!! I read an article in Varmint Hunter magazine about those rifles. Niiice. I have a Cooper Custom Classic in 22-250 that shoots as beautifully as it looks, but I'm sure I need a Dakota too. I have a Kimber .270 WSM with a french walnut stock on order. I'll have to pay off that one first. Then there's the New Ultra Light Arms .17 HMR I'm waiting to see introduced. So many rifles, so little money. I was thinking the Dakota in a .204, or maybe .22ppc. Let us know how it works when it shows up.
