My favorite is groundhog. Put it in a pressure cooker for 10-15 minutes to get it tender. Then pull the meat from the bones and put in cast iron skillet with some onions and brown the meat and onions. Then add some of your favorite BBQ sauce and let it simmer for about an hour. It sure beats rabbit. I don't know if you consider it a varmit, but rattlesnake is good on a grill. Nashcat | |||
