Six free digital coyote calling sounds. These .wav files are free with no strings attached. Use them any way you like. I made them for your calling enjoyment and to promote the Second Amendment. Each new coyote hunter who learns hunting and buys a gun is another supporter of the Second Amendment. I fired up the laptop and recorded 6 sounds in the .wav format. These sounds are not the best quality, but as good as I could do on the laptop. They have been zipped up in the .zip format so that their size is slightly smaller, but they are still very large files. Each sound lasts about 60 seconds. If you put the sound on your player, I would suggest about 1 to 2 minutes of dead air in between repeating the call. Once they are downloaded, you unzip the files and then the resulting file should be a .wav file. To listen to the .wav file merely double click on it and it should fire up your media player. You can convert the .wav file to an .mp3 file using the converter in the link on another post on this thread. Caution: These .wav files could cost you serious money. I take no responsibility for any rifles, ammo, reloading gear, scopes, hand calls, electronic callers you might need if you get hooked as a coyote hunter. You are on your own there. Proceed with caution. Here is a list of the files: http://www.varmintal.net/chicken.zip 2,221KB Chicken distress with the Haydel call http://www.varmintal.net/challenge.zip 1,752KB Coyote challenge bark with the Dan Thompson Red Desert coyote howler http://www.varmintal.net/dthowl.zip 1,789KB Coyote howls with the Dan Thompson Red Desert coyote howler http://www.varmintal.net/hurtpup.zip 2,068KB Coyote hurt pup distress call with a diaphragm call http://www.varmintal.net/jackrabbit.zip 2,230KB Jackrabbit distress call http://www.varmintal.net/weems.zip 2,169KB Cottontail distress call with a knockoff Weems (sp) call. Finally, I have about 40 Gb/month of extra traffic available on my http://www.varmintal.net/ site and when that is used up, I will have to remove the sounds. But by then, maybe someone else will have them posted somewhere. Be my guest. I have used the following software to convert .wav files to mp3 files, but you lose some of the fidelity unless you make the mp3 files very large. Anyhow, it is a free download, or at least was a few months ago. dBpowerAMP Music Converter. Give it a try. Maybe some of the guys here might know of better converters. http://www.dbpoweramp.com/ Good Hunting... from Varmint Al

UPDATE The call files will soon be removed from there current location. Not to worry. Eric from the Predator Master forum has posted them on his site. The hot links to all six files are now on my Hunting Page. Here is the link: http://www.varmintal.net/ahunt.htm#Calling Anyone want to comment on how they sounded?? The coyote howls are high pitched like a young coyote. Don't want to sound like an alpha male that is ready to beat the snot out of any incoming coyote. Good Hunting... from Varmint Al
