i just bought a new Mdl. 70 Black shadow
223 WSSM yesterday, and while waitinf the 10 days thought i would load up some test loads. i know Browning has 1 in 8" twist but don't know the Winchesters. I really hope i can use some 68 grn. heavys for those distant pests. One or more of you must know. i have searched the WWW unsuccesfully. Thanks, Lever Ed

According to my 2006 Win catalog, the twist rate is 1 in 10.

Thanks SLIM. Perhaps there is a chance it will stabilize the 68 grainers. i'll load some up and hope for the best. ED
