Im new to calling and Im going down to central texas this weekend to call on a place that has never been called to the owners knowledge. We will be hunting morning and evening. distress call or howl first?

Personally; for the Owner who has invited you to "virgin" territory, I'd just start w/Thank You Cordially mode ..... if the hunting turns out to be a Bust; then I'd suggest "Howling"
