Looking for a 223/12 gauge over under for a buddy of mine. He wants to use it for coyote hunting in this area which means it will get shot VERY little and carried for miles, but thats another story.......

Any feedback is welcome. Make, model, etc. Anyone have one they have patterned for coyote work?

Thanks

Jim

i have a little savage 20 ga 222 that sits under the pickup seat all the time - i think i shoot more stuff with that than everything else i own, just because its always there. the 222 is suprisingly accurate holding about inch and a half at 100.

I just looked at a Savage 12 guage/223 combo at my local gun store. I have never shot one, but the quality of the gun seem's somewhat lacking, and it is heavy. It might be best for your friend to actually see and hold one before he decides.
