Hi Gents

I did not know where to start, but I figured this forum would be as good as any. What is the most effective (least conspicuous to game) color filter to put on a torch? Fenix makes them in red only. Petzl has a 3 lense set (green, blue, red). Gel filters are available in a variety of colors. Thanks in advance!

You are far better off getting one with a colored LED module than adding another lens to reduce your light output.

I personally prefer red for predator and green for hogs.

Here are some options:

Wicked Light 400: http://www.allpredatorcalls.com/brand-wicked-lights/

VRL-1: http://varmintlights.com/

I own and use both. Chose the features and accessories that best fit you needs. The EWT XLR-250 does a good job too. I just don't think too much of their management. I do own their light too.

Good Hunting,

Bob
