wll, I tried the 64 gr Power Points in my Remington 700BDL sporter weight 22-250. That was before rebarreling it since I actually wore the original barrel out. It was pretty near the end of its life when the 64 gr. were tried but they wouldn't group at all. With the new Shilen barrel (also a 1 in 14" twist) the 64 gr. go about 2.5" where 55 gr. group well under an inch. Ed
Wish you luck. I've never gotten a 1:14 twist 22-250 or Swift to stabilize this bullet. I can't even get the 60 gr. Hornady Spire to work. The 63 gr Sierra Semi-PSP is another matter, as is the 70gr Speer RN.

I've shot a number of the Speer 70 grainers out of my Ruger M77 with great luck. Accuracy was good and the velocity was about 3,300. I've shot a number of coyotes, 1 deer and 1 hog with this load. The bullet holds together suprisingly well.
I don't know what twist my barrel is, it's strait from the factory. Had it since 1982.
I have shot a 22-250 since 1970 and have used the Sierra 63 semi pt. a lot and they have been very accurate and devestating on coyote's ,whitetail deer and anything else I wanted to shoot. I shot out the Bbl. and had Shilen put a new Stainless 1/14 twist Bbl. on it in 1989 and it really shoots . I use 40gr bullets up to the 63gr and I'm lucky because it shoots everything under an inch. I use IMR 4064 and Varget and probably would consider it a waste of time to try other powders because these powders have given me such tight groups over the years. I don't know anything about the 64 gr Win. bullets but I do know that the 63gr Sierras really perform. Navarro
