My uncle used to be a drug salesman to doctors and he talked about it. Apparently the effects of drinking while on this stuff will really do a number on you, if you want to not drink it might be one way to do it. Talk to your doctor hell have an opinion I bet.

Antibus IS NO MAGIC bullet!! Only consider it if all else fails and with strict Drs. supervision after a COMPLETE detox. Consuming alcohol while on antibuse can be akin to the worst hangover X100 that you've ever had, up to including circulatory collapse. Good Luck my friend. LOTS of GOOD people have this disease and have been successful with lasting sobriety thru AA and such.

AA works better. that's from experience. 12 years no booze
besides you will meet great people

And on the plus side, if AA doesn't work for you it's a great place to pick up chicks
