Anyone want to help me find a scammer in Houston?

I need to know what the business front is on the SW corner of Bell St and Fannine St?

The IP address is originating from there.

1114 Bell St, Houston Texas is a goodyear tire shop. Google maps shows it as Bell and Fannin st... Fannine st is not found

I have an IP address from someone there that scammed me out of some money!

Actually on google it appears there is another smaller building beside it?

The spelling you have is incorrect It's Fannin.

Right in the downtown area.

Houston PD has an internet crimes group.

I work downtown...I'll drive by tommorrow and see just what is at this location.

Houston as free wi-fi provided by the city of houston so it could be just about anyone.

My apologies for just now going by the location on question.
The SW corner of Fannin and Bell is a parking lot.
The SE corner is where the Goodyear store is located.

On my iPhone, the free Houston wi-fi connected at the intersection.

Let me know if you need to contact the Houston PD. I should be able to get a number for their "computer crimes" unit.
