I was once told, by an old arab who owned a cigar store in Philly, that the reason their is no crime in the middle-east countries, is because of a handsome knight, who rode a black camel trimmed in German Silver, he took care of all such crime on the streets at night.

The old arab said, this knight would appear out of no where in the dark of night and slice off the hands of those muggers, cutthroats and credit card people. I asked the old arab if he ever saw him and he said yes but only once in a glare of light.

He then began to describe the tall handsome rider, with a snow white beard and sideburns like Johnny Cash. He wore at his side a large sword, that glistened in the light. The old man could not say his name but he said something in jibberish, I could not understand but his daughter wrote it down on paper. It was Sir Walter HOG!
