IF it were true:

1. Wouldn't there have been something on national news about it?

2. Whatever clothes he had when he came here would have rotted off by now no matter how well taken care of. Where and how did he get more not knowing the language?

3. If he had "detailed" journals since the 1940s, where did he keep them? He also would have had to get more pencils/pens and paper? How would he do that knowing only Japanese?

I've heard of this place! I think this is the place that has the 67 Corvette for sale out front that has real low miles. Some guy committed suicide in it and the widow just wants to get rid of it for 500 dollars (or something like that). Hey, it was on the Internet...it must be true!
