Send a letter addressed to:

Moderators
C/O Accurate Reloading
Dubai, UAE

Make sure you include a self-addressed and stamped envelope.

OR

Just click in to a forum and look at the line in between the thread path and the box that is the thread. In this forum it says:

Moderators: Walterhog

Whatever forum you are in, it will state who the moderator is. Then just send the person a Private Message.

Whenever a person has an issue with reading a forum, 99 times out of 100 it can be cleared up by deleting your cookies.

Click the button marked "Go", then click "personal zone" then click "cookies" and then choose the option that deletes all the cookies for this website.

At the moment, none of the moderators is particularly interested in being responsible for the running of the political forum, so it is done on a tag team type of arrangement.

Anyway, clear your cookies and see if that straightens everything out.

The problem is, who ever is doing the moderating of the political forum has removed my 'permission' to access that forum.
I suspect, I'm being punished. It's like dealing with a PMSing female. I'm given the silent treatment for something that I have no idea that I did, but according to him/her I should have known.
I'm more then willing to send a bottle of Pamprin and their choice of tampons or pads to make amends.

snarkypete,

Why ascribe to perfidy that which could be ascribed to broken cookies?

You registered ten years ago, and have over 5000 posts; how can you say you don't know who the moderators are or know how to send them a PM?

If it were cookies would not apply to all forums? Why was my 'permission' removed.
Why did my permission reappear this morning?
I try to be polite and bring to the honchos attention over the past week or so. With no effect. So I got progessively more tart and I'm back.

Not a chance, you think too clearly to moderate the Political Forum.

You might actually enforce the rules and get rid of some of the deliberately obnoxious trolls over there.

Jim,

first you claim not to know who the moderator of the PF is.

In the help forum you were told I am the moderator yet you never sent me a PM asking what was wrong.

Now you come here and insult me without any proof your permissions have been withdrawn by me.

Also, in a post above you state:

You clearly have no clue how our forums function and coming here and insulting the moderator leaves me no choice but to ignore your request for help.

You've been ignoring the problem from the start. At least a PMSing female will get around to explaining what I did to invoke her ire. Maybe in a week or so you'll get your hormones under control and tell me how I transgressed.
Until this situation I had no idea that permissions existed, there was no need to know. As for knowing you are the moderator, maybe you can post your name as the moderator. Again another female trick, with hold the info and hold the fellow guilty for not being able to read minds.
Like I told my ex-wives I have the crystal ball but I don't have the batteries.

I was once told that I was welcome to study Rhetoric when I got to college, but in the meantime (in high school) I was welcome to keep my rhetoric to myself.

I never finished college, but found the Marine Corp more inviting than instruction from liberal tinyminds.

Most times, we find that when a fella is acktin all mad and shit, he has sand in his mangina. Said sand can offtimes be converted to pearls. Hence my query.

I'm one of those pearls, maybe one of those gritty sandy sorts.
Any way, a day cannot be a waste if you have P.O.'d some pompous sort and I managed to get Don and Walter's panties in twist. Both within the same 24 hours.
I'm waiting until the moon is in the right position and I'll use the line that mollified several wives and a gaggle of girl friends.
"Yes Dear, you are right, I'm sorry."
See if it works on the ladies in charge here.

It's something arbitrary, a combination of something I said or didn't say with their time of the month.
I tried to make amends with offers of Pamprin and their favorite tampon or knapkin. In addition I apologised.
Ohh well, I'm used to it with various wives, girl friends, daughters.
