Hey guys, Just wanted to show you my new custom knife, made by Damian Hanrahan from Dunedin here in New Zealand. The handle on this knife is burled New Zealand Beech. Damian uses Swedish Sandvik 12C27 steel and produces a number of different styles and handle material types, from antler, thru' wood and synthetic. Each knife comes with a leather sheath of the highest quality.     She was only the Fish Mongers daughter. But she lay on the slab and said 'fillet' | ||
