Waidmesser fur Schalenwild & Grohmann knives

Gentlemen:

I was just gifted the above referenced knives and I'm not sure what I have here. The Waidmesser has a bone handle with a corkscrew and another blade and implement in the handle. The Grohmann has a nice blond wood handle and is in great condition.

Any insight would be appreciated.
