I've grown to appreciate Norwegian knives and more particularly the Helle brand (years ago, as a guest during a Norma moose hunt in Sweden, I was presented with a small knife wearing the Norma logo but made by Helle / Norway). After using it for all hunting chores, I became appreciative of the touted Sxcandinavian sandwich-steel (1 hard layer sandwiched between 2 soft layers).
