I purchased this knife new about 30 years ago and have not seen another like it since.
It has a stainless drop point blade about 4 1/2" long,a brass tang and a Sambar stag handle.
Was this knife American made? It has Gerber Portland Oregon on the hilt,but I understand that most Gerbers are made in Japan.It's been a great knife and I was wondering about it's history.
