The make knivs in old stel types and not in the new stuff like CPM S60V, CPM 3V, S30V, BG 42, etc.

They do make one good knife called the:
Puma 4-Star Nicker Stag Handles
That knife is made of nice steel and is real sharp.

A good knife today would be Fallkniven knives in VG 10 steel or a Cold steel master hunter they are both real sharp.
Or the:
Fehrman last chance 5,5" hunting knife.
