My wife bought this knife for me more than several years ago. She cannot remember where she bought it. The sheath appears to be made of elephant hide. The MAN symbol has an ING inside of it, Blackbuck antelope horn handle. (Not an Ed Manning knife)

I am assuming it is US made. I have had it for about 17 years and I take it on ALL hunting trips, don’t use it, and just take it with me to keep peace around here, if you know what I mean. The knife under it is my go to. It was made by a fireman in Ft. Worth in 1974-5? Thanks for the info about the blade forum.
