I make knife sheaths and handmade knives. If you want a custom made sheath for your knives its best to have the knife to form fit it. Gil Hibben also makes custom knife sheaths for guys all the time. We normally like to have the knife but if you send a pattern of the knife it could be done, it just couldnt be wet formed during the dying process. We make our sheaths out of top grain 8-10 oz leather just like for our handmade knives. I just made a couple sheaths for a guys 7" Russel knives, that pattern may even work. PM me if I can help.
