Does anyone know this makers mark? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ask JefferyDenmark and/or JuanPozzi ... they might know something about that NUM mark ...

I have no idea about the maker of these nice knives.
They seem to be very well made with polished file work etc. and the grinds looks cool to.

Gentlemen

Thank you for your replies.
This set of knives came up for auction on eBay.
The seller did know maker or anything about the knives. Starting bid was $349.00 which I thought was to high with no history. The seller never got an opening bid.
I will keep looking, Thanks again.
