I see your point though as today anything ,rocks,water,etc, can have a "gluten free" label.This can be confusing , don't assume, as those guys in Oz have now developed a gluten free barley to make beer !

I don't have an aversion to gluten or your knives!

My youngest son has a gluten allergy. I gave him one of lost okie's knives and it's probably making him sick. I need to get on your fifty year waiting list for a gluten free knife.

I find it in the height of poor taste to speak of someone's knife as gluttenous!
My knives are robust; but not to the point of overbearance.
The "glutton free" knife pictured from the OP is probably just suffering from a continous diet of grits and chitlins.
Being very thin is not the same as being in good health.

Y'all made me bust out laughing.
We just got back from the blade show. Not to blow smoke up okie's skirt but he always conducts himself professional. He keeps his country wits about himself but professional. He oversees the judging panel. I had friends that were being judged. All of them had good things to say about how it was layer out and handled.
Now, back to our regular program.
