Hey guys I have a very nice custom knife that came with a sheath made of elephant hide but the fit is loose and it worries me that it might fall out if I carry it while scrambling around the bush. Any suggestions on what I could do to tighten it up without ruining the hide?

If you can post a front & back photo of the sheath in question & the knife of course we can get a better handle on what method to use.
