I had the old stag handled version bought thru Herter's that I used on the trapline and after for over 10 years before it disapperared. Think it and a brand new Buck left in my landlady's sons pocket but could not prove it to a point of making an issue.
Did not miss the Buck except for the purchase price, but sure lament the Schrade taking a walk!
