Great work Romey tu2 I just picked up a set of spalted maple burl slabs like yours. I don't know whether to make a handle out of them or frame them! Wink

Romey, that's once beautiful knife you made there. All the lines and proportions are absolutely right, and your choice of handle material impeccable.
Welcome to Oregon; the Ochocos are lovely.

I've never been much of a knife guy, but that could change if I look at this porn for awhile.

Thanks all for the kind words Im glad you like it.
David C: I have been using W1 and W2 steel for a long time now, long before it was in vogue in custom knife world. I have used others but with my set up its tops.
The red is just a spacer material.
Again thanks all!
