I am disappointed in my diamond hone, I just got a medium grit though, it seems quite a bit slower than the stone. I got it because it is simpler to use casually since I use water on it, or dry in a pinch.Thought it might be good for in the field, but I just carry an EZ Lap stone instead which I think works better in the outdoors.
