I`d like to do some experiments with my 16" 50/70 Govt. barrel in my Encore. Has anybody ever tried to load the heavy 50 BMG bullets at subsonic speed ? Or in a case similar to mine , just to give me a starting point .
Any tips on enlarging the primer hole or other do`s and don`ts ??? Thanks a lot in advance , J�rgen

Hey Bill M , now I ask myself : why didn`t I think of it ..........? My .300 Whisper is an SSK barrel and I`ve been in contact with JD Jones in the past ! Thanks anyway , J�rgen

Now that JD has sent me his only suggestion , I`m as far away from a good subsonic load as I`ve been before ......! 32gr. of Reloader 15 is not exactly subsonic !
Any suggestions for me ?
