What are some of your pet loads for this cal ?
Which bullets work best for deer size animals ?

I am using 150 gr. Hornady interbond with 60 gr. varget. This is a max load in my rifle. It is going 3100 fps from a 22" barrel. It also shoots into less than an inch if I do my part.

In my M700P LTR that has a 20in. barrel.
FL sized brass
Fed. 210match primers
RL-15 at 57.5-58 grains
150gr Nosler accubonds
Velocity at 10ft. in front of muzzle = 3050avg.
O.A.L = 2.78
I tried Varget but got sticky bolts with 58gr. even with standard primers. H4350 shot good and no pressure signs but velocity down at 2850fps. Magnum primers seem to create more pessure in my gun. I could have backed off powder, but I shoot the RL15 in my 308 and I am getting good velocity out of the 20in. barrel with the standard primers. With a clean barrel and me doing my part three shoot groups at 100yds. will normally be clover leafs with the above load.
