RL 22 and a CCI 250 with a 100gr. Barnes TSX
3440fps.
All loads will shoot 1.0 MOA or less
The TSX's will do an honest 0.75 MOA
The barrel is a 25" RKS gain twist 1 in 22 to 1 in 11.5
All bullets are impact plated with moly.
I left out the powder charges because they probably are a bit stout in convetional twist rifled barrels.

I have a new load for my 25:06 Encore that I use for shooting hogs and does in the head. 85 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip with 58 grains H4831.

My 24" Rem 700 Classic shoots 100 grain Nosler Ballistic Tips with a MAX (like 3,531fps MAX) load of IMR4831 and Win cases with Rem 91/2 primers into tiny little groups.

It's the only load I've ever shot in that rifle and I use it for everything from extreme range prairie dogs, to groundhogs, to big Montana mulies.

i like to load 51 grs of IMR 4831 with the sierra 117..B.T. very accurate..
