Tom - the Sierra 4th Edition Handgun manual has data for revolver and T/C Contender.
I have a 12" T/C Hunter (rechamber of 44 Mag) and can share a few things. First of all, I find H110/W296 objectionable in the 455 (as well as my 6" .44 mag revolver.) This ball powder creates tremendous muzzle jump and muzzle blast. I've found 4227 to be a much more "comfortable" powder to use and you only lose 50-100 fps with the heavy bullets.
I've only loaded the Hornady 265 FP and the Sierra 300 FP in my 445 SM. Looks like I haven't shot it in about 6 years (I wonder why?) Anyway 30.0 gr IMR 4227 worked pretty good with the 300 grain jacketed bullet. Never got around to trying any 300 gr hard cast lead boolits, though. 33.0 gr of same powder worked well with the 265 gr JPF
