76 grains of W-760 and the 300 gr bullet.

I'm still working with this load, (the recoil get to me) but got it down to about 2" at 100 yds. Others have used this load and got groups like a varmint rifle.

Hey Frank
When I got my .375 H&H I did a bunch of checking on AR and found that people were getting great velocity and accuracy with Reloader 15 so thats what I started with and finished with!
Max doses of Reloader 15, FC brass, CCI magnum primers and 300 grain Barnes TSX gets me 2605 fps average for a 10 shot string and tiny groups (under 1")
Easy extraction with no pressure signs even shooting in 90 degree weather.
I tried the same with Nosler Partitions and the group moves "up" 2" higher on the paper and opens up to 2" groups. Did not chrony the Noslers. I am shooting a Win M70 classic stainless in the factory black stock and even the factory hot glue recoil lug bedding! A 2.5-8 Leupold is on top.
Good luck with your 375 loads.
What rifle are you shooting?

Shooting a Sako AV.. did some work on the barrel channel and got the groups down to about 1.5" with Sierra 300gr SPBT's. Still need to wok on the trigger. and no front recoil lug in mine to worry about!

I'll give the R15 a try maybe this weekend. I was always a fan of
R7 and R11 but haven't tried the new Reloader powders yet.

That's the load I use. I shoot a 300 Gr Woodleigh PP and it is a minute of angle load for my rifle. When I load solids with the same load they shoot to the same point of impact. That rifle has been to Africa 4 times with that load and it has never been found wanting by me.

Try the 270 gr TSX over 75 gr RL15 and CCI LR primers. Has worked very well in 3 375s for me.

Hey guys I went back and amended my post after I checked my notes.
I am getting 2605 fps out of my 375 shooting 300 grain TSX and Reloader 15. That is an average of a 10 shot string.
I previously posted a ridiculously high velocity for that load!

Oday
How is performance on big game for that 270 grain load?
When I worked up my 300 grain TSX loads I was convinced I needed 300 grains but now wonder if a 270 grainer would be the cats ass?

I've used both the 270 and 300 grain TSXs and can find no meaningful difference between them. Randy Brooks recommends the 270 grain for buffalo and you'd have to think he knows what he's talking about.

My load for the TSX bullet was 77 grains of 760 or H414 under either weight. That was good enough for 4 safaris before I switched over to the 270 A-frames also seated on 77 grains of 760. I've shot 9 buffalo with that bullet and load, and have concluded that Brooks can keep all his TSXs in both weights. WinkVelocity, despite what numerous sources predicted was only 2500 fps in my rifles. 73 grains of RL22 pushes the same bullets at 2650 fps, so once again I've changed.

As an aside, after 10 buffalo with it I've also concluded that the .458 is a better buffalo cartridge.
