Anyone use bullets this heavy? What kind of loads/accuracy are you getting?
Thanks, Peter.

My current .243 is a Remington M700 SPS.
I'm using 41 grains of DP86 with a 105 grain
Hornady A-Max bullet. This rifle will hold
0.5 MOA with this load. DP86 is a bulk lot
of AA3100 with burning characteristics similar
to H4350, which is also a premier powder for
243 Winchester. Remington uses 9 & 1/4 inch
twist barrels on their 6mm's. Which is a
good thing. Smiler

In my years of reloading experience I have come to 1 conclusion,243 winchester and 4350 go together like apple pie ans Ice cream,my rig is twisted 1:10 and shoots the 80-85 grainers the best my buddy has 1 twisted 1:9 and hid shoots 1 holers with the 100-105 grainers,2 different twist rates 2 different classes of bullets but both rifles shoot em with 4350 like a house a fire...........

You can load a max of 42 grains of either 4350 or H414, whichever shoots best. One will shoot with a 100 grain Hornady, in almost any .243. Velocity will be 2900+ as well.
