I found IMR4320 to be the best powder for my 375/284 with 235 speer load of 61 grains averaged 2623fps and had extremely small velocity spread and fantastic accuracy. This is a max load but definitly the best I found. Good luck. Lynn

Mic McPherson has done a lot of work on wildcatting the .284 case (he's a lefty and likes lever actions) so you might do a search on his name or check a copy of "Cartridges of the World".
